Scalpers HFT
General Informationβ
The Scalpers HFT trigger is designed to detect high-frequency trading (HFT) scalping activities in real-time. Unlike standard trading strategies where positions are held for extended periods, scalping involves opening and closing multiple trades within seconds to capture small price movements (pips).
π Key Features:
β
Real-time detection of scalping patterns
β
Threshold-based monitoring to prevent false positives
β
Customizable filters for accounts, groups, and session PnL

Trigger Logic πβ
The Scalpers HFT trigger continuously monitors all executed trades within the current session to detect HFT activity.
Detection Criteria:β
1οΈβ£ Short-Lived Trades: If a tradeβs lifetime is below the set threshold (seconds), it is flagged.
2οΈ β£ High Trade Count: The trigger counts the number of flagged trades and compares it to the required threshold.
3οΈβ£ Total Profit Check (if enabled): If enabled, the trigger verifies whether the total profit of flagged trades exceeds the defined USD threshold.
4οΈβ£ Total Realized PnL Check (if enabled): The trigger only reacts to accounts where the Total Realized PnL exceeds the threshold.
5οΈβ£ Session Profit Check (if enabled): The trigger will only react to accounts that are profitable in the current session. Accounts with negative session profits are ignored.
How Notifications Are Triggered π¨β
πΉNumber of HFT Deals and Interval (sec) conditions should be fullfulled simultaneously in order for the trigger to generate a notification.
πΉ If multiple criteria are enabled, the notification is sent when all conditions are fulfilled.
πΉ The notification includes the account details and a list of transaction IDs flagged as scalping trades.
Why Use the Scalpers HFT Trigger? πβ
πΉ Prevent abuse of scalping strategies that exploit short-term price inefficiencies.
πΉ Improve risk management by detecting high-frequency traders in real-time.
πΉ Customize monitoring rules to fit different trading environments and strategies.
πΉ Ensure compliance with internal risk policies and trading regulations.
