Aggregated Accounts

General Information​

The Aggregated Accounts section in Brokerpilot allows brokers to combine multiple actual accounts into a single virtual account profile to view aggregated metrics.

📌 This helps identify traders who split their activities across multiple accounts to:

  • Optimize profits
  • Bypass restrictions
  • Manipulate trading conditions

Aggregated Information​

Users can aggregate account data based on various criteria, including:

  • Logins
  • Names
  • Emails
  • Agents
  • CIDs
  • IP Addresses
  • ID Numbers
  • Account Groups
  • Countries

How to Use​

  1. Start typing the desired parameter.
  2. Matching account numbers will appear in the drop-down menu.
  3. Select the required accounts and click "Aggregate".
  4. The system will generate a "Virtual Profile" with detailed analytics.

Virtual Profile Tabs​

The aggregated account profile includes multiple data analysis tabs:

  • Trade – Overview of trading activity.
  • Graphs – Visual representation of trading patterns.
  • Exposure – Open positions and risk analysis.
  • Trade History – Past transactions.
  • Deposit History – Account funding records.
  • Issues History – Log of detected trading issues.
  • Bonus History – Bonuses credited to the accounts.
  • Comments – Dealer notes and remarks.

On the Account Information page, go to the User Tracks tab and click the three-dot control button.

Saving Presets​

📌 Users can save filter parameters as a preset, allowing for quick access to specific account groupings with one click.
